Ifarlo Ltd ("Ifarlo", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. It applies to our website and the Ifarlo CRM application. We serve customers worldwide and handle data in line with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email, password, and workspace details when you sign up.
- Billing data: handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We don't store full card details.
- CRM data you add: information about your contacts, companies, deals, notes, meetings, and emails you choose to store in Ifarlo.
- Connected account data: if you connect Google or Microsoft, the data you authorise (see below).
- Usage data: basic technical information such as log data and device/browser details, to keep the service secure and working.
Google and Microsoft account data
If you connect a Google or Microsoft account, Ifarlo accesses only what you authorise:
- Sign-in: your name and email address, to identify your account.
- Calendar: read-only access to your calendar events, so Ifarlo can show your meetings and prepare meeting briefings.
- Sending email: permission to send email on your behalf, so you can send a message to one of your contacts directly from Ifarlo. We only send emails you create and choose to send. We do not read, search, or access your inbox.
We use this data solely to provide those features to you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their own purposes. You can disconnect at any time, which stops further access.
Ifarlo's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google and Microsoft data is not used to train any generalised AI or machine-learning models, and is never transferred to third-party AI providers for training or improving their models.
How we use your data
To provide and run the service; set up and secure your account; take payment; provide AI features such as briefings and plain-English answers, using your workspace data to generate results for you; give support; and meet legal obligations.
AI features
Ifarlo uses AI to help set up your workspace, answer questions, and prepare briefings. These features use Anthropic's Claude models via the Anthropic API, under Anthropic's Commercial Terms of Service. They process your workspace data — including any connected Google or Microsoft calendar or email content — only to produce results for you. Under Anthropic's Commercial Terms, data sent via the API is not used to train or improve Anthropic's models. Your data and connected account data are not used to train any generalised AI models.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run Ifarlo (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), under contracts that protect your data; or where required by law. We don't sell your personal data.
International transfers
We operate worldwide, so your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by law.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service or meet legal duties. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@ifarlo.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and service, and may use limited analytics to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated date.
